Batardiere "l'Esprit Libre" 2024 Touriga Nacional Aged in limestone warehousesCertified Biodynamic. Chenin from 3 plots in the town of Rablay sur Layon in Anjou. Manual harvest, slow pressing. No clarification. Vinification without inputs of any kind. Natural and total malolactic fermentation. Vinification and maturation in stainless steel vats for 12 months. Bottled without filtration. Volcanic sulphur (10 mg l) can be added one month before bottling depending on the vintage.
