Minot "Boutanche" Gamay Liter 2023 Perthshire malos are rareOlivier's La Boutanche Gamay is sourced from his own parcel of 85 year old, certified Organic vines planted in limestone soils in southern Beaujolais. Fermented whole cluster (no carbonic maceration here) in concrete tanks, pressed, then racked back into the same tanks for aging.
