This is a fantastic condition early NSKK Enlisted Dienstmtze (Service Cap) Overseas Cap, with a black wool outer shell and lightweight canvas lining. It is very similar to the overseas caps used by other organizations and the military, with a scalloped flap around the entire perimeter, which in this case actually does fold down and go under the chin. It is retained in the up position by hooks on the flaps that attach
